Welcome event for new grad students - Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 12:00noon

On Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 12:00 noon, we will be having a department social and providing pizza, drinks and desserts for the entire department.  

It will be an opportunity for everyone to meet the new graduate students and welcome them to the department.

Location: 273 Essex Hall  - conference room.

TO ALL NEW GRADUATE STUDENTS

On Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 11:00a.m. in room #273 Essex Hall, there will be a New Graduate Student orientation to provide all the information regarding the M.Sc. and Ph.D. program.  This is a mandatory meeting and all new graduate students must attend. If for some reason you can’t please come and see me. (Marlene, room #273-1).

You are invited to our first informal gathering with all mentors (professors) and mentees (1st-year students).  It will give you a chance to meet with your mentor!!

Location: Science Student Lounge (Essex Hall Rm 250)
Day and time: Friday, Sept. 26 from 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm.

Food and beverages will be servedsmiley

You will have a chance to win a $50 voucher for the UofW bookstore, as well as other prizes.
